The West Nebraska Arts Center, with the support of the Nebraska Arts Council, the Nebraska Cultural Endowment, Platte Valley Companies, North Platte Valley Artist Guild, and Panhandle Shrine Club, is pleased to present an exciting collection of original art from After School Art Program students and the Ed Wards Project program. ASAP is a student art exhibit featuring original artwork of students that are currently enrolled in the After School Art Program. The exhibit is a great way for young artists to learn to select their art, begin showing and selling their art professionally. It is also a chance for students to discover, meet other artists and be inspired by new artwork. This year we added a new program to this exhibition called The Ed Wards Project. This program is sponsored by Charlotte Edwards and her family. It’s open to student’s in grades 7 – 12. All skill levels are welcome to take part in this program. Anyone can join in the 7- month program that meets every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month. The 5th annual ASAP Student Art Exhibit in the Bronson Gallery at WNAC will have a reception, Sunday, March 8th, 2020 from 2-4pm.This exhibit is FREE and open to everyone. ASAP Student Art Exhibit is on display at WNAC Bronson Gallery March 5th - April 26th.
