The ever-popular event will also give a special nod to the college's 90th Anniversary.\n\n \n\n"Since I have been here at WNCC\, I've really enjoyed the diversity of my choir groups\; students come here from places around the world such as Canada\, Cote d'Ivoire\, Ghana\, Ethiopia\, Japan\, and various Spanish speaking countries\," said Kang. "For this year's gala\, I wanted to honor that and focus on the many different cultures of the world. The songs each reflect a specific country's culture\, which is why the audience will see more than 30 costumes on stage throughout the evening."\n\n \n\n"A Gala Evening" begins with soloist performances during a social hour at 6 p.m.\, and dinner follows at 6:30 p.m. The dinner menu includes caesar salad\, chicken marsala with garlic mashed potatoes and bacon sugar snap peas\, and cr me brulee.\n\n \n\nTickets go on sale Feb. 22.
