The gallery exhibit and reception are free and open to the public.\n\nThe 2016 Old West Balloon Fest Photography Exhibit highlights the artistic value of the photographic medium with the purpose of celebrating and promoting the event. The contest is open to all photographic styles and techniques\, and will be judged and exhibited at West Nebraska Arts Center. Judges for the photography exhibit are Tom Nuesca and Tiffany Schank both of Scottsbluff.\n\nSubmissions were accepted from photographers of all ages and skill levels. The contest is meant to highlight the artistic value of the photographic medium as well as promote the Old West Balloon Fest event.\n\nEntrants are judged in three different categories: Youth\, Adult\, and Professional.
