It will replace the Don Childs Run that was normally held Friday morning. The intent is to have a run that will promote community involvement and increase participant numbers. Whether you are a serious runner or you just want to participate in the celebration\, we have a category for you. \n\nProjected route: Start near the corner of 10th and N St\, run North to U street\, turn left and run one block to 11th St\, turn left and run South to the finish near the Gering Civic Plaza. \n\nCheck-in: 6pm near the corner of 10th and N St. \n\nCategories will be run in the following order: Recreational\, Competitive\, Fun.
