DESCRIPTION:It's photography time once again at West Nebraska Arts Center. The 38th Annual IMAGE exhibit opens Thursday\, February 6th\, 2020 with a reception. Each year this exhibit includes a wide variety of photographs showcasing technical innovations and aesthetic curiosities from photographers of all skill levels. The exhibit generously sponsored by Laura Clark in loving memory of William J. Clark. Professional photographer\, Bill Peters\, will select most of the awards for this year's exhibit. Best of Show and Honorable Mentions will be awarded in each of the three divisions--Professional\, Adult\, and Youth (ages 18 and under)-as well as the Jim Downey Award for Best Landscape. Delinda Mercer will be choosing an award in honor of Michael Javoronok. Monetary prizes will be given for all awards. The IMAGE 2020 Photography Exhibit will be on display at the West Nebraska Arts Center February 6   March 1\, 2020. Gallery hours are Tuesday - Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
