Gathering Voices is a Nebraska experience. Each year as the vernal equinox draws near, the Platte River welcomes thousands upon thousands of Sandhill Cranes during their annual pilgrimage to northern breeding grounds. The cry of the Sandhill Crane has echoed across Nebraska prairie land for millennia. This ancient ritual, this Gathering of Voices along the Platte is an awakening of spirit.
